Brut: not just an aftershave

Brut: not just an aftershave

With Saturday’s game against Sheffield Wednesday on the horizon, we’ve been turning our minds to things that would be worth going to Sheffield for, even if you didn’t want to pay £33 to get into a football match.  Chris pointed us in the direction of one of Sheffield’s less expected landmarks and this article that originally featured in the January 2016 issue of the Mudhutter Football Express.

Another slice of pie…

Another slice of pie…

A few months ago. A few (cough cough)-something blokes off of the internet, decided it would be a bit of a laugh if they had a go at one of those podcast things. They knew they’d be walking in the, significant, shadow of the infamous Mudhuts Media Podcasts, but if they ploughed their own furrow then they might just get away with it. If nothing else it would give them an excuse for a night in the pub every once in a while.

Sixy Talk – The Royle Family

We’re all a bit on the last minute this week and haven’t had time to logically source an Oldham fan to interview.  That was the excuse we got from NRP when we asked him, but we think he might he might have been scared of the reaction he’d get from asking the big “Who’s the real Latics?” question.  So we’ve sent out a roving reporter to find an Oldham fan wandering the streets of Wigan so let’s hand you over to the steps at Wigan Wallgate…
