Bad Poker – Notapatchon playlist 2

Author: No Comments Share:

So, not only did I miss the Everton game a week on Saturday, I also managed to get myself stuck in the house all night, with basically only my laptop to entertain me.  Now I know that there are plenty of you out there who could find plenty to distract them in that situation (and maybe get some exercise at the same time?) but for me a night in like that usually means two things, playing online poker badly and listening to music.

There’s little point in me sharing any of my poker tips with you, I’ve forgotten more than I ever learnt on that, but I can bore you to death with my choice of aural entertainment (and for those of you still stuck on internet entertainment that was aural, not oral).  So here’s the second ever “Not a Patch on Playlist” or “Wot I Listened to The Other Night”.

Running through 80s shoegazing to naughties shoegazing, via College Art Rock, Madchester, Pemps and Rod, it’ll not surprise you that not a lot of thought went into the list.  It’s genuinely just how things worked out for a couple of hours whilst I tried to break even on Full Tilt.

Looking back it’s definitely a bit clunky with a couple of “Why?” tracks on there, but what the hell, here’s the run down and over to you to guess what (apart from continental Lager) was running through my mind at the time.
