“Is that the programme?”

Author: No Comments Share:

No. In fact, it’s 48 pages of lovingly crafted, homemade prose and pictures written by Wigan Athletic fans and football fans for your delectation. Priced at just two hundred pence, the latest issue of the Mudhutter hits the streets this weekend with the usual mix of irrelevance and irreverence on a range of subject matter which has popped into our self-inflated heads.

There’s football, music, nostalgia and culture, well Wigan-style culture, in abundance and more content than you can shake a stick at, although quite why you’d want to go around shaking sticks is beyond us unless you’re some kind of psychotic lunatic. We look at the continuing crisis at Blackpool, and FC Parma, we remember the time the army turned up in WN5, there’s music, deadline day observations, we peruse the Caldwell era to date, plus we talk fishing. All obvious subjects to feature, we’re sure you’ll agree.

If you wish to procure a copy of said pamphlet, then you have a variety of means with which to do so. You can accost us on match day this Saturday either on the bridge or opposite Rigalettos.

You can buy a copy from our vendors (to be said in an American accent Keith Lemon style) who are Waterstones, Sparks (opposite the station) or the Brick on Woodhouse Lane.

Or you can buy online from our shop, where printed copies can be ordered along with a slightly cheaper and less inkier digital version.

Click the link to buy either a print or digital copy: http://mudhutter.co.uk/product/mfe-issue-54/

Or if you missed out on the last one, you can get a full season subscription for just a tenner (£7 digital): http://mudhutter.co.uk/product/mfe-printed-subscription-2015-16/
