The official Barnet FC website is reporting that Latics left back Jordan Mustoe has signed for them until the end of the season…

… “Lawrie Sanchez has acted swiftly to counter the loss of Jack Saville, whose loan spell with Barnet ended after the 2-0 defeat of Crewe Alexandra by signing a left back from Premiership Wigan Athletic within 48 hours.

“Sanchez noted the potential of 21-year-old Jordan Mustoe when he watched Wigan in FA Cup action recently against Swindon Town, the Bees’ opponents in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy southern section final.

“He moved to sign the former Liverpool youngster on loan for the rest of the season and the deal was finalised at Underhill this afternoon. Mustoe,, a regular in Wigan’s reserve side, made his first team debut in an FA Cup fourth round game last season”.
