Meet the manager in Wembley warm up!

ROBERTO Martinez will be guest of honour at the ultimate Wigan Athletic pre-Wembley party – raising money for Joseph’s Goal in the process.
Fourteen years after Latics met Millwall in the Auto Windscreens Shield final, the “Party like it’s 1999” night on Tuesday, April 9 will mark the two sides meeting in the FA Cup semi-final.
Martinez will take part in a question and answer session along with several other Latics VIPs, including Carl Bradshaw – the skipper from 1999 – and hot-shot Stuart Barlow.
In addition, the night will have a quiz, a raffle, a pie-and-pea supper as well as a set from top Wigan comedian Carl Lawrence.

All proceeds will go to Joseph’s Goal, of which Martinez and his skipper Gary Caldwell are ambassadors.
Joseph’s Goal is to raise awareness of the extremely rare genetic disorder Non-Ketotic Hyperglycinemia (NKH).
Brave three-year-old Joseph Kendrick, who suffers from the life-limiting condition, is the son of the Wigan Observer and Wigan Evening Post’s Latics correspondent, Paul.

Advance purchase is recommended as the event is expected to be a sell out.
Tickets costing just £5 are available in advance from the Wigan Observer offices at Martland Mill, the ticket office at the DW Stadium, in the Supporters Club before Saturday’s game against Norwich, or by contacting Paul Kendrick on 01942 506267 or paul.kendrick@jpress.co.uk
