Wigan Athletic striker Nouah Dicko has returned to Championship outfit Blackpool on a season long loan, club officials have revealed today.
Dicko, who has spent the pre season as a regular starter for Latics during training camps in Sweden and Austria, spent the latter part of last season on loan at Bloomfield Road, scoring 4 goals in 10 appearances and Tangerines manager Ian Holloway is delighted to welcome the French star back to Bloomfield Road and has been wanting to complete the deal since virtually the last kick of last season.
The deal will be good for all three parties as the Tangerines will certainly benefit from the live wire hotshot, whilst Dicko himself will be anxious for regular first team football which in turn can only benefit the player and Latics themselves.
He is expected to start tomorrow’s game against Millwall at the New Den. Incidentally his last goal for Blackpool was against the Lions.
