Worse Case Scenario Wigan could remain on 27 points be 6 points off Safety, really 7 points with our goal difference & a gap appearing of 5 points between Wigan & 19th place.
Now for the Positive, a good win today against Birmingham, with other results going our way and though we’d remain in the relegation zone moving up to 19th, the cause would be easier. We’d be 1 point from safety, okay 2 with our goal difference (damn those first 2 matches), but also teams above us wouldn’t be too far away with 14th place just a win away.
Accentuate the positive.
