Cool Britannia Charity Event to be held at the DW Stadium

A group of Latics fans are hosting a Charity night to be held in Wigan at the DW Stadium on July 11th in aid of the new Christie Cancer Care unit at Wigan Infirmary and Willowbrook Hospice in St Helens which both provide high levels of care to people in our local area, but at the most critical times of their lives.

The night at the DW Stadium has already sold out the initial allocation of 120 tickets and we have moved into the bigger Springfield Lounge. We have live music, food, raffle, auction, music and bar and all based on the Cool Britannia Theme of the 90s. Music inspired by a generation. Oasis, Blur, Pulp, Stone Roses etc…

There is support from companies such as Thomas Cook, Vue Cinemas, Heinz, Wigan Warriors, Manchester United, the Grand Arcade and plenty of local businesses.

Limited tickets still available £12.50 available to buy through PayPal to commonpeople15@gmail.com – once paid names are added to the guest list.

If anyone is interested or wants more info just email that address. If anyone can donate anything then also the same. Strictly over 18s only. All tickets must be paid for before July 1.
