A bathroom company is naming its new range of suites after famous Barnsley footballers.
The sanitaryware “team” is the brainchild of lifelong Tykes fan Jonathan Eyre, a director of bathroom firm BCG which based in Worcester.
Their Eaden, Redfearn and Marcelle toilets, sinks and baths have been named after Nicky Eaden, Neil Redfearn and Clint Marcelle.
Season ticket holder Jonathan, 44, said: “Our suites are sold in 5,000 outlets and I thought we ought to have something a bit different.
I put forward the idea of using names of the Barnsley side that got promoted to the Premier League in 1997 and amazingly they agreed.”
Nicky Eaden said: “It’s nice to have something named after you, even if it’s a bog.”
