Wigan Athletic will take on Ostersunds in a pre season friendly on Friday evening at 7.00pm local time.

It will be the second time that the teams have met and on both occasions it is the first game in which the team actually get a game of football under their belts following a week away in a Swedish training camp. Interestingly Mauro Boselli scored twice on his debut and looked forward to a fruitful partnership with Latics following his recent club record breaking transfer from Estudiantes just days earlier. This time however, it is rumoured that Roberto Martinez is struggling to keep hold of Boselli who want to return from whence he came.
