DW Sports and Wigan Athletic announce the opening of a new sports store in the Grand Arcade.
DW Sports Fitness Ltd, in partnership with Wigan Athletic are delighted to announce the acquisition of the old JJB Sports store in Wigan’s Grand Arcade shopping centre.
The purchase will become the first DW Sports store in the centre of Wigan, as well as an additional Wigan Athletic Club Shop in the prominent Grand Arcade.
Neil Ryan Head of Marketing, Commercial and Retail said ‘It is fantastic news that we will have a flagship Club shop in the heart of Wigan. It will enable us to spread the Wigan Athletic brand to a wider audience and offer our fans a wider selection of merchandise’.
DW Sports store will offer brands including adidas, Nike, New Balance and Asics as well as being home to exclusive brands such as MIFIT, Skin 360, Rugid and Studio2.
The store will open on Saturday 15 September
By the way, Latics are away to Manchester United that day.
