The Empty Seats ride again

Author: No Comments Share:

Yes, in preparation for the busy festival season, The Empty Seats once again return to where it all started for them at the Honeysuckle in Poolstock. In a warm up gig the week before they play the DW at the Seventh Heaven event, The Empty Seats will take to the stage, well the tiled area in front of the dartboard and do their stuff on Friday 1st July from 8.30pm.

Expect a full rundown of their repertoire in the homely Honeysuckle and maybe one or two surprises as they try out their new stuff in front of an intimate crowd made up of locals, Latics fans and friends and family in a rehearsal for the big event the week after expected to be attended by nearly 300 people and many Latics luminaries at the Supporters’ Bar.

The Honeysuckle is just a short ten minute walk from Wigan town centre and located close to Wigan Pier in the town’s cultural quarter. Does Wigan have a cultural quarter? Can I say that? Oh well I just did. You are guaranteed a warm welcome by landlord and staff, entry is free and beer prices are reasonable.

So come on down and enjoy free live music by Latics fans for Latics fans: The Empty Seats at The Honeysuckle, Pool Street, Poolstock, Wigan, WN3 5BT (for you SatNav freaks) Friday 1st July from 8.30pm
