Club officials have confirmed that Wigan Athletic will play their annual home pre season friendly against RCD Mallorca on Sunday, kick off 4.00pm.

The game comes hot on speculation that Latics manager Roberto Martinez has secured the services of Mallorca defender Ivan Ramis and that this game is part of the deal to help the cash strapped Spanish outfit.

There has been no official word with regards to this.

Match attendance will cost ten pounds with concessions of half that price for OAP’s, children and the disabled.
