Well yet another enthralling International break saw boredom at an unprecedented level. Everyone’s been in the TNS Offices this fortnight, some aimlessly walking around the office, others looking in awe at Bert’s painting! Yes, Bert was that bored with no Footy, he’s painted the TNS office, 20 Ltrs of Dulux Eggshell. The little excitement we’ve […]
I know that’s some title, but it comes from waking up to news that the FA have gone in to typical PR Spin & shot themselves in the foot AGAIN. How, well reading the BBC’s article this morning: On first glance, you’ll see the FA spinning with the fact they know it’ll be yet another […]
Well what the difference a 0-0 draw makes. The TNS offices here in Wigan are much more positive, I reckon it was my poster, but Steve reckons it was something to do with Uwe Rosler and HIS Wigan Athletic players. But for the record: There are some very interesting discussions within the offices; Mr Wolf […]
Well it’s Monday morning, and we are all here in the TNS offices, the reason we are all here, so early on a Monday morning, will probably be made apparent as this day progresses. Not too sure if you live ‘under a rock’ in Wigan, but there are many many rumours that Wigan Athletic will […]
Well it’s a little doom & gloom in the TNS Offices this week, Wildheart has been listening to Thrash Metal to try and lift the mood. Alas though, it’s not done any favours & after an emergency TNS meeting last night, the actions meant Bert had to pop to B&Q to buy some Window locks […]
Well we’ve had a few days since that Yorkshire incident & luckily the next match is up. The TNS office in Wigan is starting to come back to life, as the roving reporters come back from Europe and the US of A. Believe Wildheart may even write up a Baseball match report, if he has […]
If you remember my match preview last week, I mentioned Scammonden Bridge with it being part of the drive up to Huddersfield. For the 695 Wigan fans that made the journey to the John Smith’s Stadium Tuesday evening, the bridge was probably the most exciting time of the whole evening. The match ended 0-0, in […]
Well after that wait, no not for the buses, but for the domestic football to restart, we probably wished we still had to wait & watch that crap England play some bankers from San Marino. Wigan’s return to Championship action saw them take the lead and then succumb to Blackburn Rovers 3-1. We’ve had some […]
In the end Wigan were easily beaten, a 3 – 1 victory for Blackburn at Ewood Park. Wigan could and should have won this game, but we’ve never had much luck, or generally play crap for some reason when in this part of Lancashire. Ivan Ramis started it all off with a Chris Waddle Esq. […]
Dear God that was a long time to be away from football, can never understand the September International break, literally a couple of weeks into a new season, but hey! As for the TNS offices we are a little sparse as it vacation period here with Steve away and Wildheart out at our TNS USA […]
