Is that the Programme?

Here we go again and they say the sun always shines on the righteous, so I don’t know what that means with the latest issue of the Mudhutter going on sale tomorrow.

Yes, Issue 64 is about to hit the streets and we’ve got 44 pages full of new, great content from new contributors and the welcome appearance of one or two old friends. We review the pleasant jalopy of the season so far and what our rivals are saying about us. We ponder over the Checkatrade dilemma and the atmosphere at home games while Bagg takes us through his seven games in seven days over a festive season gone by.

The football stuff is complimented with Wigan Life, music, nostalgia and humour. All the usual guff really for just two of your English pounds. Oh bloody hell, guess who’s going to be having an argument with the Post Office on Monday morning trying to get them to accept old pound coins?

Never mind, we’ll be in the shops and pub over the weekend (Waterstones, Sparks, The Beer Temple and the Brick) over the weekend and you can also buy online, right now right here –

Or if you’re feeling flush, we still have a few copies of the last issue left so you can get both that issue and the latest one by taking out a full season subscription here:

We now offer printed and digital subscriptions and the latter is becoming increasingly popular (and is cheaper). However, we will never compromise our dedication to print media, thus you will find the usual gaggle of miscreants stood on the bridge looking shifty from 1pm on Saturday, hoping to flog you lovely Wigan Athletic fans a copy.

A nod or an “alright mate” is always welcomed but nothing beats the silky feel of a brand new £20 note into our greasy palms.

Subsequently followed by series of expletives and “HAVE YOU NOT GOT ANYTHING SMALLER??!?!””

As you were…
