Oh I say, that’s a big one!

And it’s all thick and shiny as well. I refer of course to the latest issue of the Mudhutter Football Express which is coming out this weekend. Issue 49 is a whopping 52 pages for just two quid in fact.
It’s jam packed with loads of great articles on a variety of subjects from music (including a great interview with Wigan music legend John Kettle) to cricket to the campaign for Wigan independence and a guide to localised industrial measures. There’s extract from not one but two forthcoming books, Faded Lois Dreams by Andrew Vaughan and MH editor Jimmy T’s new book Life of Pies.
Football wise we discuss how our teutonic overlord is performing and we take a look at everything from Italian football to the non league scene with features on Chester and Chorley, albeit in comparison to our good selves. Plus it’s packed full of all the usual features from the standard bunch of scribbling miscreants.
Want to get your mitts on a copy? You can order online now from the Mudhutter shop http://www.mudhutter.co.uk/printed/item/111-mfe-issue-49 or you can wait and seek out the digital version from http://www.mudhutter.co.uk at the weekend.
Or you can buy it direct from our sellers at the Wigan v Brentford game outside the ground before the game. Service with a smile. Yeah I know it looks like a grimace. Be nice to them, they give up their own free time to do this.
It will also be on sale in the following locations this coming weekend: Waterstones; Sparks; Mesnes Road News; KMS News in Pemberton; Brickmakers Arms.
And at that I suppose we’d better get ordering some posh frocks for our 50th issue then……
