New Sponsor for Wigan Athletic

The Lancashire kitchen appliance company Premier Range are now to featured on the shirts of one of the top clubs in the North West, WAFC have agreed a deal to have Premier Range.co.uk on the rear of the new for this season strip.

Latics chief executive Jonathan Jackson said, 

“We are delighted to link up with Premier Range ahead of the new season and to take advantage of the rules for the Football league which permits rear of shirt sponsorship – in that respect, it makes the new 2014-15 kit a real collectors item. 

“Premier Range are an established and thriving local business and we thank them for their support. 

“Developing business partnerships such as this is very important for football clubs and we look forward to a long and successful association with Premier Range.” 

While Martin Mensforth, Director at Premier Range added,

“Premier Range are very proud to be involved with a club with such a rich and varied history as Wigan Athletic. 

“We think it’s very important for local businesses to support local teams as it can only add to the fabulous sense of community already surrounding a great side. 

“We hope to spend plenty of time sat in the stands at the DW Stadium enjoying the atmosphere and cheering on Latics with all the other fans. 

“We’d like to thank everyone at the club for giving us this opportunity and hope that the next season is great for all involved.”
